Asylum Labs is based in California, where they’ve been since their establishment in 2013. It all began with just 4 people who had extensive experience in the video game industry and the gambling industry. Nowadays, their carefully-selected team consists of a talented artists, designers, engineers and data scientists, working alongside social media experts to create engaging games and technology, all whilst staying focused on their love for social gaming. The company’s CEO, Jason Kaehler, came to Asylum Labs with an interesting background, having worked with companies like Sony, Disney, and Midway. He’s held multiple positions as COO, Creative Director and Art Director on many projects, even starting up Osiris Studios, a game company which he ran during the late 90’s. His vast experience as a creative leader makes him the perfect person to lead the talented team at Asylum Labs, along with the CCO of the company, Larry Holland, who’s been in the gaming industry since 1983! Kaehler and Holland along with the rest of the team came together to create a gaming community through which users could share their experiences with millions of other players. This is because Asylum Labs is especially committed to social gaming and their social games are perhaps what they’re best known for.
